We aim to process orders promptly. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

When Can I Cancel?

Cancellation requests are generally accepted only before the order has been packed or dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the courier or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a prepaid cancellation is accepted before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

Cash on Delivery Orders

COD cancellation requests are also subject to the same processing stage. Please place a COD order only if you intend to accept delivery.

Cancellation by Vedamrit

We may cancel an order in limited circumstances, such as an unavailable product, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address that cannot be resolved, suspected fraud, a technical or pricing error, or where cancellation is required by law. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, any eligible payment received will be refunded.
